By accessing and using learn.tuxcode.net (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of Service

TuxLearn provides free IT certification training materials, including but not limited to lessons, practice exams, flashcards, reference sheets, and progress tracking tools. The service is provided “as is” at no cost.

3. User Accounts

Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest content using automated tools without permission
  • Distribute, share, or sell exam questions or other content from the Site
  • Impersonate another user or misrepresent your identity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s infrastructure

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of TuxLearn or its content creators and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. CompTIA, AWS, Microsoft, and other certification names are trademarks of their respective owners. TuxLearn is not affiliated with or endorsed by any certification vendor.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that using this Site will result in passing any certification exam.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TuxLearn be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.
