Technical Help & Reporting Problems
If something is not working as expected, this guide covers common issues and how to report problems.
Common Issues
Page Not Loading
- Clear your browser cache and try again. Cached files can sometimes cause display issues after updates.
- Try a different browser. We support the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
- Disable browser extensions. Ad blockers or privacy extensions can occasionally interfere with the site.
- Check your internet connection. Try loading another website to confirm connectivity.
Video Content Not Playing
- Make sure your browser allows third-party content from YouTube (our video player uses embedded YouTube).
- Disable any extensions that block embedded content.
- Try disabling hardware acceleration in your browser settings.
Login Problems
- Forgot password? Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.
- Verification email not arriving? Check spam/junk folders. The email comes from [email protected].
- Account locked? Wait 15 minutes after 5 failed attempts, then try again.
- Social login not working? Make sure you are using the same Google or GitHub account you originally signed up with.
Progress Not Saving
- Make sure you are logged in. Progress is only saved for authenticated users.
- Check that you see your name/avatar in the top-right corner — this confirms you are logged in.
- Try refreshing the page. Progress saves automatically but may take a moment to sync.
Reporting a Problem with a Question
If you find a question that has an incorrect answer, unclear wording, or a broken element:
- Click the flag icon next to the question.
- Select the type of issue: Incorrect Answer, Unclear Wording, Outdated Content, or Other.
- Add a brief description of the problem.
- Click Submit Report.
Reports are reviewed by our content team. Confirmed issues are typically fixed within 48 hours.
