How Do I Earn a Completion Certificate?
Completion certificates are official recognition that you have mastered the material for a specific certification on learn.tuxcode.net. They are shareable, verifiable documents you can include on your resume or LinkedIn profile.
Requirements
To earn a completion certificate for a certification, you must meet all of the following criteria:
- Complete all lessons — Read through every lesson in the certification curriculum.
- Pass a Simulator Mode exam — Score at or above the certification's passing threshold in Simulator Mode at least once.
- Achieve 80%+ Exam Readiness Score — Your Exam Readiness Score must reach at least 80%, demonstrating consistent knowledge across all domains.
- Review all flashcard decks — Complete at least one review of every flashcard deck for the certification.
How to Track Progress
Your certification dashboard shows a progress indicator for each requirement. A checkmark appears next to completed requirements. You can see exactly what remains before you are eligible.
Receiving Your Certificate
Once all requirements are met:
- A banner appears on your certification dashboard announcing your achievement.
- Click "Claim Your Certificate" to generate the document.
- The certificate includes your name, the certification title, the date of completion, and a unique verification code.
- The certificate is saved to your profile and can be downloaded as a PDF at any time.
What the Certificate Is (and Is Not)
It is: A record of achievement showing you have thoroughly studied the material for a specific IT certification on this platform. It demonstrates dedication and knowledge.
It is not: A replacement for the official certification exam. To earn the actual CompTIA, AWS, Microsoft, or ISC2 credential, you must register for and pass the vendor's official exam. Our certificate shows you are prepared to do so.
Do Certificates Expire?
No. Completion certificates on learn.tuxcode.net do not expire. They remain on your profile and are verifiable indefinitely.
